During this event, we will be discussing what good mental health practices look like as well as why it is so important. The discussion will be very open and will allow for anyone to share how they may keep from stressing, especially with being a college student. Most of the material discussed will allude to the KORU Mindfulness & Meditation courses that are offered through the Counseling Center on campus.
