Drew, father of 4, holds 30 patents in Helicopter  Rotor Systems Design, and leads a team of Mechanical, Electrical Systems, software, and Aero Science Engineers. He will be discussing some lessons learned from leading IRAD at two fortune 500 companies, mindsets your bosses look for when hiring and promoting, and strategies to employ to make the most of your college and early career.
