Introduction to Long Form Improv with Josiah CorrellIn this course we will focus on Longform Improv. Students will learn how to create scenes, in the moment, and find the game or the funny thing in the scene. We will use The Upright Citizens Brigade Comedy Improvisation Manual as a guide for learning the basics of scene building. Once an understanding of the core concepts of the book has been reached, we will focus solely on performance and learning different improv forms (the Harold, the Armando, the mono-scene, the macro-scene, etc.).Thursdays, February 9th through March 30th, 2023, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PMPre-registration is required
