Locally Sourced with the Southern Deli and Tavern

Locally Sourced is a series of virtual cooking classes where local chefs discuss a social issue that they are passionate about while simultaneously teaching students how to make a certain dish. The purpose of this event is to teach students how to cook using locally sourced ingredients and to support locally-owned restaurants and chefs that have been impacted by the economic repercussions of COVID-19.
Sign-up and join us on Zoom for a virtual cooking class led by Bryan Henderson of The Southern Deli and Tavern! In this class, Bryan will show us how to make his Creamy Potato Soup.
Students who RSVP will receive an email with instructions on where they can pick up their ingredient kits at the Gatton Student Center on the afternoon of the event.
