Mindfulness and Meditation for the Arts (4 weeks - 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, and 10/4)

As part of the CFA Health and Wellness Initiative, Dr. Ben Arnold invites you to participate in a free, four-week, Mindfulness and Meditation for the Arts class based on Koru Mindfulness. The only evidence-based mindfulness curriculum designed for college-aged adults, Koru Mindfulness, introduces participants to powerful mindfulness concepts and techniques. Participants who have taken the four-week course report feeling calmer, more rested, and enjoyed greater self-compassion. It is important to attend all four meetings to receive the full benefit of the program.

The classes start on Tuesday, 13 September, 5:00-6:15 p.m. at 153 Dance Studio - Creative Arts Living Learning Spaces (Holmes Hall). We will continue meeting weekly for three additional weeks:

Tues., 20 September 5:00-6:15 p.m.

Tues., 27 September 5:00-6:15 p.m.

Tues., 4 October 5:00-6:15 p.m.
