The leadership program of Alpha Phi Omega aims to grow our brothers as servant leaders, both personally and professionally, within the community and in the fraternity. 

We will be dismantling common stereotypes involving certain communities via Kahoot and discussions! Members will be presented with a statement regarding communities and asked whether they believe it is a stereotype or not. We will then discuss the reasoning behind the correct answer and tips for dismantling stereotypes in our everyday lives!

This event fulfills the recruitment leadership requirement necessary to become a member of our organization.
